For our Client, a greenfield investment from automotive industry, located close to Legnica, Lower Silesia, we are currently seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join company’s growing team of professionals at a position of Sales and Operations Planning Project Manager (regional responsibility).
Reporting directly to Program Manager (located in the headquarter of the company, in Switzerland), the Project Manager Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) will be responsible for implementing and managing the S&OP strategy, processes, systems and metrics for the whole Group. This includes: creating, implementing and execution of project plan as well as conducting data analysis related to demand forecast, production planning and investments. What is more, the person on this position will also prepare and facilitate regular S&OP cycles, including strategic end to end process reviews with organisational executives on demand/supply plans, issues, and mitigating actions.
To be successful in this role you should have at least 2 years of professional experience within a global cross-function environment in Sales and Operations Planning Area as well as Project Management and at least bachelor university degree. Expert skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft products are also required as well as the practical experience in SAP / ERP / PDM. Due to international environment and cross-divisional projects fluent command of English is required. Our Client is seeking a person who is customer oriented and possesses distinct analytical skills. He/she should display high motivation, self-coordination and be willing to travel globally. Good communication skills and team spirit will be also valued.
