For our international Client we are looking for Sales Administrator with German in Katowice.
Your Responsibilities:
- Decisions according to Management regulations
- Coordinate all customer relevant correspondence (Letters to OEM, Specs and Standards, Q-Management, RFQ´s, customer claims, customer satisfaction, credit balance, …)
- Support TE/SE/SM in the order preparation for Raw materials, Development materials and Protoparts and Serial Parts negotiations and management
- Support QAF generation and offer preparation of TE/SE/SM and TE Accoustics
- Organize/download orders from customer webpage – management of B2B Portal of customer
- Check orders, coordinate in case orders are missing, discuss actions for wrong orders with Sales Engineer, update part history file
- Clarify identified price issues with customer
- Ensure Price Tracking (Part and Tool) Service in case of Customer events or in case of Meetings in CBU (serve Coffee, Beverage, water, etc.)
- Coordinate Travels, Meetings, etc. for CBU Manager, Technical Experts and Sales Engineer, coordinate customer gifts
- Manage SONAR (Updates and part creation in Sonar) Data Management in PLM / Teamcenter (RFQ, awards and changes)
- Create Sales Contract in SAP and ensure consistent price maintenance (if SAP not yet available – insure consistent information flow to the relevant interfaces in Autoneum organization)

You should be/have:
- Experienced in office management
- Agenda and travel management
- Basics in office management and reporting
- Fluent in business English and German Understanding of compliance rules & their importance in the (global) market place
- It would be an advantage if the incumbent has experience in the automotive sector as well as sales administration
