RTR Team Leader
On this position you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 accountants, coordination of month end closings and cooperation with various stakeholders.

Description
-
Monitoring and coordinating work of the RTR Team providing accounting services in the area of GL accounting to the other Group companies located in Europe as well as other departments and functions within SSC organization
-
Ensuring timely and accurate service delivery for all processes performed by the Team
-
Preparing financial analysis and reports for the SSC management and Group companies
-
Ensuring constant improvement and standardization of GL processes
-
Control a Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the Team - keeping high quality and efficiency of GL processes
-
Ensure process compliance with relevant accounting requirement and company polices
-
Managing Team of several specialists
-
People supervision - recruitment, training, coaching, professional development, control of daily workload
-
Providing support in special projects
-
Building and maintaining relations with Clients, acting as escalation point
Profile
-
Min. 6 years of experience in the Finance and Accounting departments, preferably GL in the SSC/BPO industry
-
Min. 1 years of experience in managing of the Teams or preferences for managing people
-
Master degree preferably in finance and accounting or economics
-
Demonstrated knowledge of GL processes
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Fluent spoken & written English
-
Good knowledge of MS Office (in particularly Excel) and ERP class program
-
Knowledge of SAP as an advantage
-
Well-developed organizational skills, strong motivation and a positive attitude
-
Proactive approach to job responsibilities including the ability to understand and deal with dynamic business issues

Ability to motivate and empower Team members

Ability to focus on priorities, timely and effective work execution
