On behalf of our Client, a global SSC newly to be established in Gdańsk, we are currently seeking Candidates for the position of RTR Accountant with French.
Your new role
Holding the position of RTR Accountant you will be expected to provide general accounting services including GL accounting, closing, trial balance production, ensuring that FEBS accounting is handled according to Polish accounting standards including reporting to tax offices and other governmental institution and reporting on a timely manner and in accordance with quality standards. Moreover you will need to prepare monthly VAT reports and other statutory reports to governmental institutions and ensure that daily operations are carried out according to set targets as well as identify potential process improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree (educational background in accounting/economic is an asset), or secondary education degree as well as at least 2 years of experience in accounting department (preferably in Shared Services environment). Moreover experience in reporting to Polish tax office and governmental institutions accountancy and strength in statutory, management and VAT accounting and reporting are a must. Good communication skills in English is required. The ideal Candidate will be in addition structured, analytical and pragmatic person with strong service orientation and proactive attitude.
