• Defining and implementing company objectives and strategy for cooperation
with resellers network
• Developing and introducing strategy for building distributors network
• Implementing and monitoring standards of co-operation with already existing
and new Distributors
• Searching for potential new resellers and examining the cooperation
possibilities
• Developing and implementing methods and tools created to improve the
resellers network functioning
• Preparing long term development plans for resellers network
• Creating and enforcing sales targets for resellers
• Building long term relationships with distributors
• Constant market analyzing and competition monitoring
• Leading the Reseller Network Specialists team including recruiting, delegating tasks and motivating employees
Requirements
Requirments:
• University Degree (technical higher education will be an advantage)
• At least 3 years of experience in managing of distributors network (related to
development and expansion the network)
• Good knowledge of English
• Successes in resellers network management
• Successes in employees managing and developing their potential
• Ability to establish long term relationships with clients and employees
• Focus on goals achieving
• Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills
• Strategic and analytical thinking
• Team player attitude
• Driving license cat. B
