THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be the mediator between IT and Medical Affairs. You will support both departments to figure out and clarify needs and possibilities in implementing new and existing CRM/ERP systems. This position will be located within the Medical Affairs team and you will keep contact via Telephone, Skype and Video Conference Systems to your direct Manager. You will be responsible for multiple, interesting projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- IS solution delivery
- Requirements management for the Medical Affairs and Medical Communications department
- Accountable for IS/IT services and systems through the whole product lifecycle
- Documentation according to internal standards
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for CRM systems
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 years in Business Analyst role
- Project Management experience
- Preferably experience within regulated and validated environments
- Full proficiency in english
- Dutch a pre
- Experience with Veeva and Salesforce is highly welcome
