Want to contribute in setting and implementing of a new Financial Planning & Analysis Centre of Excellence for one of the largest pure-play software companies in the world?
Your main responsibilities:
Manage the Reporting team within a new global FP&A CoE that supports regional and business unit performance, reporting directly into the Head of the FP&A CoE;
Lead the production of comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual reporting packages for management, including: income statements, balance sheets, cash flows and various business performance KPIs / metrics, and related analysis;
Control the Reporting team in order to drive performance, operational effectiveness and consistently high levels of service in accordance with the defined strategy.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a Finance team, with strong background in Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or as a business partner;
University degree/relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CIMA) preferred; an MBA would be an advantage
Proven leadership abilities and an inclusive style, with a keen desire to build and manage a high-performing team;
Commercial mindset and experience driving improved financial understanding and performance in the business.
