Your new role
Work as an independent coach and mentor to encourage, support and enable three teams from different localisations to reach their full potential and abilities. You will be assisting the organization and teams in adopting and using Scrum framework as well as supporting organization in better understanding and more effective use of agile solutions. Besides, this role requires leading teams through healthy conflict and debate and building organizational culture based on agile values and principles.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with minimum 3 years of experience in using Scrum as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach/Agilist, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and very strong analytical and problem solving abilities.Solid independence, fluency in English and experience in working with JIRA, Confluence and other tools are highly expected by our client. Perfect candidate has experience in other agile frameworks and PSM1/CSM certificate (PSM2/CSP is a plus).
