For one of our Clients, a well-established company based in Poznań we are currently looking for a IT Service Consultant.
Your new role
As a IT Service Consultant you will be responsible for providing support to more than 10.000 users located around the globe, Editing content of web pages with Content Management System (Web Content Management) and understanding and modifying HTML and CSS. This role is provide a Single Point of Contact for end users to receive service, support and operation. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining and upgrading all hardware and equipment (including Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Printers) to ensure optimal workstation performance.
What you'll need to succeed
Our client is looking for a candidate with minimum 2 years of professional experience on similar position. You are expected to have experience in web support. Perfect candidate is a person who can easily adapt to new situation and always can find good solutions. IT Service Consultant is self-motivated team player with excellent communications skills and very good in English.
