The Client Treasury Technology team requires Functional Programming Developers to develop liquidity analytics and risk models for a range of regulatory and internal requirements. This role will exist within a new Liquidity Technology department in Warsaw and will work closely with the Financial Markets and Treasury Team, Liquidity Solutions Engineers, Project Managers, Treasury Business Change functions and the wider Technology Development teams on various business initiatives including Hedging strategies implementation .

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development of In-House Treasury technology solutions including liquidity risk and interest rate risk management as well as extension of new features for Bank's internal pricing platform.
- Continuous stakeholders' engagement to keep abreast of latest business needs
- Perform impact analysis and propose solutions that meet business objectives and SLAs, while also aligning with technology strategy
- Participate in unit and integration testing of components delivered
- Use of Haskell and our in-house variant used in the bank
- Working closely with Treasury Risk Teams, Financial Markets traders and quantitative developers.
- Working in organization open to innovation and continuous improvement.
SKILLS
MUST
- Preferably Bachelor's degree or equivalent education;
- At least 3 years industry experience in in functional programming, (F#, Scala) preferably Haskell.
- Solid computer science knowledge (algorithms, data structures, complexity, concurrency / parallelism).
- Good understanding of software development life cycle and system solutions design
- Prior experience with large data sets and performance optimization
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills across various levels in the organization
- Attention to detail and able to work within tight timeframes and manage multiple deliverables
- Computer science background; software design, engineering and DevOps
- A degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Solid mathematical background.
- Knowledge of financial products would be a definite advantage
