Regional Team Lead Customer Service

Qualifications:

  • People and project management experience, preferably in Customer Service/Order Fulfillment
  • Strong leadership, change management and motivational skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, in particular module SD
  • Fluent in English (min. C1 )
  • Knowledge of other languages is an asset - preferably French, Spanish, Italian
  • Highly professional and service-orientated, strong in liaising with customers and employees at all levels
  • Possess good administration and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Representatives making sure the daily work is distributed fairly and gets done timely, efficiently and accurately
  • Provide leadership to and develop the team members in close cooperation with HR & line manager
  • Closely cooperate with peers in Order Fulfillment and other departments to provide and maintain a high level of service to internal and external customers
  • Ensure that all Customer Service responsibilities are covered and followed by the team members in accordance with company procedures
  • Act as liaison between Customers and internal functions like Sales, Order Fulfillment, Production; Finance as well as regional and global teams
