
Regional Team Lead Customer Service

Qualifications:
- People and project management experience, preferably in Customer Service/Order Fulfillment
- Strong leadership, change management and motivational skills
- Knowledge of SAP, in particular module SD
- Fluent in English (min. C1 )
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset - preferably French, Spanish, Italian
- Highly professional and service-orientated, strong in liaising with customers and employees at all levels
- Possess good administration and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing a team of Customer Service Representatives making sure the daily work is distributed fairly and gets done timely, efficiently and accurately
- Provide leadership to and develop the team members in close cooperation with HR & line manager
- Closely cooperate with peers in Order Fulfillment and other departments to provide and maintain a high level of service to internal and external customers
- Ensure that all Customer Service responsibilities are covered and followed by the team members in accordance with company procedures
- Act as liaison between Customers and internal functions like Sales, Order Fulfillment, Production; Finance as well as regional and global teams
