Regional Senior Project Manager
We are seeking for an experienced person for a position of Regional Senior Project Manager.
Client Details
For our Client - a global real estate consulting company - we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Regional Senior Project Manager. Successful candidate will lead multiple sites and projects across CEE region.
Description
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules and budgets
- Manage and deliver the design package, budget estimate, provisional bidding and construction schedule and project execution plan
- Lead client liaison at their site; build strong collaborative partnerships with client project managers and client site teams
- Manage delivery of some projects directly, and oversee delivery of all projects at their site
- Oversee and manage the overall program of works at their site; ensure all projects at the site remain on track and meet client's objectives on cost, schedule, quality, safety and client communications
- Develop and build partnerships with designers, GCs, contractors, materials and equipment suppliers and specialist consultants
- Manage client, contractors and internal team to ensure achievement of the agreed project schedule, scope, quality and budget.
- Manage regional teams
Profile
- Master's degree (construction, architecture or relevant)
- At least 10 years of experience in the area of project management (preferably office or industrial sector)
- At least 2 years experience in team management
- Ability to manage multiple work assignments simultaneously and handle a high-pressure working environment
- Advanced Excel skills with good Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project skills
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Highly developed communications skills
