Regional Payroll Manager
Our Client is a global manufacturing medical company. Their Center of Excellence every day supporting EMEA entities and providing high quality of services for their variety processes and operations. The Company is still in a phase of growing and development of structures.
Client Details
For our Client we are currently looking for experienced and people-oriented manager with experience within payroll operations, who will have the opportunity to process standardisation and will participate in the growth of the structure.
Description
- supervising the Payroll team of a centralised EMEA Department to ensure timely and accurate processing of the payroll for employees
- Validation of all payments and improve controls
- Responsible for leading the team within Payroll Structure (15 - 20 people)
- Providing service for the EMEA entities
- Support the employee development: 1:1 sessions, career path, training, performance management, and employee evaluation
- Driving of process standardisation and participate in improvements, new systems implementation
- Act as the contact for benefit/payroll transactions
- Cooperation with HR Admin team and external vendors in various entities
Profile
- University's Degree
- Minimum 5 years of related regional payroll experience at a company processing 500+ employees.
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- Prior experience with having a role in new systems implementation
- Fluent in English, additional language skills would be an advantage
