Regional Financial Controller (m/f)
A regional role for 4 countries in international company for financial controllers with focus on manufacturing side of business. Role will involve some managerial skills cause of 2 subordinates - one in Poland, second one in Germany.

An international company which manufactures products used every day. Based in Finland with 3 plants in Germany, Poland, Czechia. Diverse manufacturing processes are a chance to increase savings from financial point of view which others could not see yet.
Description
- Develops and improves group processes and group reporting as a member of Group Controlling
- Enabling managers to contribute to the Group's success
- Responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of the factories
- Develops reporting in close contact and according to the needs of the plant managers
- Supports Budgeting process, prepares reports and analysis
- Develops the group cost calculation and harmonisation
- Responsible for the inventory evaluation and devaluations
- Responsible for production key figures of manufacturing
- Supports and develops the group manufacturing processes in QAD
- Prepare and develops quality cost collection and reporting
- Calculates cost improvements, prepares make-or-buy decisions
- Other defined projects like 'material flow control'
- Part of the team that does the intra-group pricing
Profile
needs an experienced manager:
-
in manufacturing processes and ERP systems
- in product cost calculation
- in manufacturing cost and manufacturing results
- with general understanding of financial tools and theories
- with experience in other manufacturing items, for discussion and development
- as leader of the manufacturing controller team
- for input to group from own controller experience
- with fluent English in writing and speaking
- with possibility to travel frequently abroad
