For our client we are looking for REGIONAL ACCOUNTS PAYABLE TEAM LEAD to join the Business Service Centre based in Katowice.
Key Accountabilities:
- To supervise, train and coach the team
- Oversee accurate coding and allocation of invoices on purchase ledger to ensure that all suppliers are paid in a timely manner
- Manage departmental performance in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Supporting A&F activities from multiple locations
- Dealing with internal and suppliers’ queries
- Lead, motivate and organise personnel to adhere company values and deliver a high level of staff engagement.
- Work with other entities to ensure alignment of structure, process and procedure and driving continuous improvement.
- Ad hoc reporting and supporting of other departmental duties during peak periods
- Monthly statistical reporting and submission
- To be responsible for ensuring adequate financial controls are in place including compliance with SOX and ensuring that internal and external audit requirements are met.
Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in relevant field (Finance & Accounting)
- Fluent in English
- Must be able to manage people performance in a positive direction
- Minimum 2 years experiences in efficient and effective supervision
- An excellent track record of successful financial management in large and dynamic businesses
- Must have a strong customer focus (for internal stakeholders and external customers)
- Excellent computer skills incl. MS Office
- Must be able to work overtime and on Public Holidays as required.
