International, boutique recruitment company with office based in Wrocław city center, currently looking for a confident, proven Recruitment manager to lead a team of Recruiters.
Your new role
Aa a Team Leader you will provide leadership to the team ensuring that stakeholders, clients as well as internal departments understand the end goal of every recruitment project. You will be a first point of contact for internal customers in Poland making sure that team delivers proper service according to the company standards. Moreover your daily duties will include management of team, providing administrative support and strictly cooperate with Commercial Manager located in Netherlands in order to propose and participate actively in creating and implementing company’s HR strategies and tools.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this management position you will be an experienced HR and Recruitment professional with a clear understanding of permanent and temporary recruitment legislation, basic knowledge of VCA and best practice. You will have a strong track record of people management and development including: setting objectives, coaching, developing, sharing knowledge, engagement and quality assurance. You will be detail orientated with a passion for recruitment and the opportunity to improve business workflows. Excellent English language skills - written and spoken is a must, as well as related degree.
