Our client is a professional Human Resources organisation, based in Noord-Holland Netherlands.

Role Description

You are responsible for building networks and relationships, both by telephone and face-to-face. In your 360 degree role you act as a mediator between client and candidates. You hereby support the client throughout the entire recruitment process, from finding the right specialist to conducting contract discussions.

Responsibilities

As a Trainee Recruitment Strategist you are responsible for building a strong business in the rapidly changing Life Science market. By means of telephone and face-to-face agreements you will actively approach the market and build on existing relationships. You are therefore directly responsible for bringing in your customers.

You are also responsible for matching your candidates. You can do this by:
• Finding specialist candidates through an efficient strategy;
• Gain name recognition among clients and candidates and further develop relationships with both client and candidate;
• Provide advice, you are a specialist in your own industry with in-depth knowledge of the current market;
• To act as a consultant between client and candidates;
• Take full responsibility for your projects and hold discussions about the contracts.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can act assertively, can easily switch between different tasks and has a commercial mindset. It is important that you can check the following points:
• Between 1-3 years of work experience (in a sales environment);
• A valid driver's license B;
• MBO 4, Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• You speak Dutch and English fluently;
• You live within an hour's journey from Amsterdam Amstel station.
• You speak English fluently (Dutch is a plus);

In addition, there are a number of points that we would like to see reflected in you as a new colleague:
• You are social, resilient and result-oriented;
• We see an interest in technology and innovation as a plus.
