Role Description

Your working day starts as soon as you step out of the elevator on the 25th floor of Mondriaan Tower. Quickly grab a cup of coffee, because the market is not waiting!This morning you are working to make an acquisition for the QA manager you spoke to earlier this week.

After lunch you take the car, you have a number of appointments with customers on the schedule. At the end of the afternoon you come back with two new vacancies that you can get started with. While you were outside the door, one of your customers called back. They would like to meet your candidate. Now it's time to switch, you call the candidate and agree that he can already start an interview tomorrow. After the candidate is well prepared on the road then it's time to toast with your colleagues on this successful day!

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Strategist you are a specialist within the fast-paced Life Science market. Your focus will be a segment of the market, and your tasks will consists in approaching the main stakeholders and building on existing relationships. Because you will possess in-depth knowledge of the market, you will know better than anyone how to find the right candidates and provide advice to your clients.

This position offers you the chance to build networks and relationships like no other, both by telephone and face-to-face. In your 360 degree role you act as a mediator between client and candidates. You hereby support the client throughout the entire recruitment process, from finding the right specialist to conducting contract discussions.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can act assertively, can easily switch between different tasks and has a commercial mindset. It is important that you can check the following points:
• from 0-3 years of work experience in recruitment, sales or a similar field;
• a valid driver's license B;
• Bachelor's or Master's degree;
• you speak German and English fluently;
• you live within an hour's journey from Amsterdam Amstel station.

In addition, there are a number of points that we would like to see reflected in you as a new colleague:
• you are social, resilient and result-oriented;
• an interest in technology and innovation as a plus.
