Our Client is well known brand with its Shared Services Centre based in Poznań. Currently we are looking for Candidates interested in joining HR Team with excellent knowledge of English.
Your main responsibilities will include liaising with recruitment teams, supporting their recruitment and administrative activities, including administration of the registration process, completing relevant documents, communication with candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience and organising coaching sessions.
You will also be responsible for supporting recruiters in coordinating interviews and preparing the necessary materials for candidate assessment (e.g. online tests). Additionally, you will assist in the administration of the candidate database - entering and organising data.

Requirements:
- Very good command of English,
- Solid knowledge of Windows applications,
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in HR or interest in this field,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
