For our Client- international, manufacturing company from the automotive sector we are looking for Recruitment Manager. It will be a new, remote position in global HR team. You can also work from a Polish production plant- based near Wrocław.

Client Details

Our Client is expanding his recruitment efforts therefore we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager who will lead the recruitment processes in one of the leading business units. You will be a trusted partner to key stakeholders and the subject matter expert for recruitment, creating a strong talent pipeline to fill strategically important roles across our functions and geographies (Europe, Americas, APAC)

Description

* Manage full-cycle recruitment needs for cross-functional client groups within one of our business units operating across our global regions

* Drive and communicate industry best practices surrounding Recruitment and direct sourcing strategies

* Manage RPO or Search partners to ensure effective delivery of our hiring agenda where required.

* Partner with HR partners on development of workforce planning to ensure we have visibility of the hiring plan in order to source the best talent internally and externally.

* Lead a 360 Recruitment process including the hiring manager vacancy briefing, internal and external posting, screening through our ATS, manage the relevant interview process ensuring a robust assessment, support the selection decision, offer negotiation and onboarding with our HR services team.

* Apply Boolean and other sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, with local networking groups and social media to build the passive talent pipeline; and utilise technology to keep in contact with Talent Communities.

* Implement a core, common and consistent approach to finding key talent for the company that aligns with our overall company Talent Acquisition strategy.

Profile

* Successful track record and experience of working globally in an in-house Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role in a large corporate environment.

* Experience using a leading ATS (Oracle, SAP, Workday, Taleo etc.)

* Ability to think creatively about hiring challenges while responding quickly to changing priorities.

* Extensive knowledge of direct sourcing strategies and candidate relationship management tools and techniques.

* Strong overall stakeholder management skills with ability to build trust and credibility quickly with managers at all levels including senior stakeholders

* Fully professional proficiency in written and spoken English

* Experience with any of the following and/or open to recruiting in the areas of: Automotive, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, IT, Engineering, Customer Service & Plant Operations.
