For one of our SSC/BPO Clients, we are looking for an experienced and professional Recruitment Manager to join their team! As an Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting and hiring job candidates for open positions in the SSC company.
RECRUITMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
- Supervise the recruiting team of 5 Talent Aquisition Specialists and report on its performance
- Keep track of recruiting metrics
- Implement new sourcing methods
- Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs
- Research and choose job advertising options
- Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
- Recommend ways to improve our employer brand
- Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs
- Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations
- Participate in job fairs and career events
- Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, recruitment agencies and other partners
What we expect:
- Minimum 5 years of proven work experience on similar position
- BSc in Human Resources Management or related field
- Very good command of English (at least C1)
- Good understanding of Employer Branding strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Good time management skills
- Knowledge of labor legislation
