Your new role
This is not your typical recruitment coordinator role. It is a unique position that will provide you with a varied experience dealing with key stakeholders. We are on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our ever growing Hays Talent Solutions (HTS) Team. This role is based at Pantheon HQ in Moorgate London.

Reporting into the Client Direct, the recruitment coordinator is responsible for the co-ordination of Vacancies across Pantheons contract. This will include liaising with Client Managers, Third Party Suppliers and consultants to manage and co-ordinate vacancies to ensure these are filled within the required timescales.

What you’ll need to succeed
Coordination of Recruitment Vacancies while ensuring all service level agreements are adhered to within specific contract requirements. You will be the main point of contact between Client and Agency, and be responsible for the recruitment lifecycle management as well as effective management of PSL agencies. You will be required to maintain a high attention to detail while being charged with keeping the data required in the role.
