We are looking for the person to hold the position Recruitment Coordinator with German to one of the Shared Service Centre located in Katowice.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Coordinator with German you will be responsible for pre-selection of applications, contact with Candidates, coordination of job interviews and creating advertisements. Moreover scope of your duties will included cooperation with Hiring Managers, coordination of assessment centers and other administrative tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
To be the best candidate for this role you will need to have previous experience in HR or recruitment (more than 1 year), good communication, organizational skills and ability to work in the team. Moreover you need to be fluent in English and German (min B2). Knowledge of SAP Programme will be an asset.
