RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT (Entry Level) - 21k per annum OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Your new role

You’ll be responsible for an effective sourcing and attraction approach to secure the best talent for Hays’ customers. You will source directly from job boards and social media channels, alongside producing your own original advert content. You’ll engage with many candidates over the phone and build a pool of experts for the roles that you work. You will also work collaboratively and build lasting relationships with Hays colleagues to achieve your agreed targets.

What you’ll need to succeed

You have a proven track record of working to targets and experience in a recruitment setting or a job that has a strong people-centric focus. You’re creative and persistent to be able to achieve positive results. You will use your initiative to actively improve current processes and your analytical approach to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.

Within this specialism we operate 3 units: Office Support/Secretarial (from office junior and data entry roles up to administration manager, office manager and project management positions), Human Resources (HR Manager and Director roles as well as HR Advisor , Generalist and Specialist jobs), Contact Centre/BPO (from Agent / Advisor level positions in inbound service & sales, inbound or outbound customer service representatives to centre team leader and team manager, as well as call centre trainer and operations director roles).
