For our Client, international company located in WrocÅ‚aw, We are currently looking for „Recruiter”.
Essential duties:
Performance of duties, with regard to registration of applicants and processing of requests for temporary employees, made by companies, in a way, that requirements with regards to quality, Service and efficiency are met. Performance of following tasks in a way, that following targets, in a fulltime engagement, are met.
• Selling the job to the worker
• Selling the worker to the customer
• Solving issues
• Calculating hourly wages and fees
• Booking placements in the automated system
• Printing and sending of confirmations
• Making new placements on a weekly basis to compensate for ill or leaving employees
• Weekly filling out the declaration notes for the remuneration of workers
• Taking care of a good bond with the workers, in the light of good employment
Knowledge & Experience:
We are looking for Candidates who have several years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills and very good knowledge in English.
Our Client offers opportunity to work in an international environment with daily communication in English and develop in the area of recruitment.
