What will you do?

As a Recruiter, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You will work closely with candidates, external recruitment partners and our clients to ensure the best possible hiring experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing and publishing attractive job advertisements
• Actively searching for and approaching candidates across different recruitment channels
• Screening CVs and conducting recruitment interviews
• Checking references and verifying work experience
• Guiding candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
• Building and maintaining a strong talent pool
• Recommending suitable candidates to our clients
• Maintaining relationships with external recruiters and business partners
• Supporting employer branding activities and promoting Marquette as a great place to work
• Continuously looking for new ways to attract and engage talent

Who are we looking for?

We are searching for someone who enjoys working with people and knows how to create genuine connections.

You might be the perfect fit if you:

• Speak English and Dutch
• Have experience in recruitment, customer service, sales or another people-oriented role
• Are confident speaking with candidates and building professional relationships
• Work in a structured and organized way
• Have a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Hold a valid Category B driving licence
• Enjoy working in an international environment

• A  competitive gross monthly salary of €2,850 to €3,350, based on your knowledge and experience.
• Travel reimbursement of €0.25 per kilometer for commuting, starting from a one-way distance of 10 kilometers
• 25 vacation days per year based on a full-time contract (with possibility to buy extra vacation days)
• Working hours from 08:30 to 17:00, Monday to Friday
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position (32-40 hours per week)
