ZF TRW Global finance & Controlling Systems (GFCS) is responsible to rollout and support the central Finance SAP system globally. We provide our customers with the highest standard of services. Due to the dynamic growth of GFCS we are seeking new employees. The position is placed in European Shared Services Center ZF TRW in Czestochowa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Global ZF contact for the CAFM (Computer-Aided Facility Management) database
- Specialist system administrator and user consultant
- Quality and plausibility checks in the CAFM database
- Continuous database optimization
- Participation in project work in connection with the CAFM database (co-development of standards and processes)
- Data and document import (e.g. rental agreements, construction approvals, surface data, etc.)
- Independent creation of evaluations and reports
- Back-up for CAD integration at the locations
REQUIREMENTS:
- Architect, civil engineer, constructional engineer, architectural draftsman, FM manager or comparable vocational training with IT affinity
- 3-5 years professional experience in facility management, at a design office or as a realtor (transactions)
- German and English language skills required
- CAD and database experience
- Basic training in economics
- Knowledge of MS Office SAP skills would be an advantage
- Structured and independent working methods, flexibility, the ability to cope with pressure, discretion, the ability to work in a team as well as strong communication skills and intercultural competence are required
