THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Netherlands.
They are a company that provides help for research on epigenetics, sample preperation in the biological area and assays in diagnostics that are based in Belgium.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As a Study Manager in R&D you will be in a team of 30 employees which you will be responsible for
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with production readiness activities, analytical support, batch record issuance and disposition, as well as tracking of specifications
- Work with Safety, Warehouse, and the Project Managers to coordinate
- Work with Project Managers on assembling and tracking invoices/billing
- Assist with project kick-off and close outs
- Assist with review of key documentation
- Additional duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are required.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills are required.
- Ability to remain well organized, detailed focused, and multi-task oriented in a fast paced high pressure environment is required.
- Ability to prioritize workloads is required.
- Ability to interact effectively with a variety of individuals and personalities within and between departments is required.
- Highly proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, MS project, and PowerPoint) is required.
- Pharmaceutical industrial experience
- Past experience using ERP systems is preferred
- Knowledge and experience in GMP is preferred
