Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Antwerpen Belgium.
This mid-sized company works cohesively as a team, allowing for 10% growth every year. Now they have a new location, a new address and all the need is a new product developer!
ROLE DESCRIPTION
First and foremost, you create the sauces your B2B clients request. Viscosity, density and sweetness are all factors you pay attention to. Not only do you know how to scale production from a lab scale to a much larger one, but you also know what is going to be tasty and what can be improved. Whether you're creating new recipes or improving existing ones, you do this with passion and regard for your colleague Junior product developer. Together with a tight-knit team of QA, logistics, sales and production, you serve the customers as well as you can and keep the company growing.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• You make the tastiest sweet, caramel/fruity sauces
• You improve the existing recipes
• You turn your ideas into feasible production
• You keep up with market trends
• You answer technical questions of client and colleagues alike
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor of Food Science or similar
• Fluent Dutch
• Teamplayer, outspoken, respectful, hard-working
• Experienced in and passionate about fruit, sauces, chocolate
• Located around Beerse, either in the Netherlands or Belgium
