Change the way we look at consumer health today: the job
As R&D Project Manager OTC, you’ll be the linchpin of new product development. Your goal? Growing our current product portfolio by having a direct impact on the development of new products. You’ll be responsible for the whole process: from the initial idea to the first commercial delivery into the market. In addition, you’ll coordinate and assess development third party actions, including formulators, manufacturers and laboratories.

Successfully growing our existing product portfolio includes:

• working closely with the Managing Director to set priorities in product development;
• ensuring excellent communication with your colleagues of Sales and Supply Chain;
• taking care of the compliance with legislative requirements;
• taking part in technical product transfers;
• monitoring validation of production processes.

Our ideal R&D Project Manager:

• holds a master’s degree in general life sciences, such as pharmacy, biochemistry or biomedical sciences;
• has 4-7 years’ experience in developing consumer (health) care products in a small/medium-sized company;
• knows how to manage projects and set up analytical methods;
• is able to write scientific parts of product technical files for registration of new products;
• has basic knowledge of physiochemical properties of general OTC galenic forms, analytical chemistry, regulatory frameworks and epidemiology.
