- Create planning & timelines for the projects and align all stakeholders on key decision points, issues and actions
- Involve all stakeholders to agree on KPI’s and success criteria
- Lead Core meetings
- Plan relevant project communication
- Create solutions for complex problems/challenges
- Lead cross functional risk assessment
Business Process Management
- Lead cross functional teams through the full project management and Quest process ensure execution according to Critical Success Factors
- Guide the project teams through escalation process
- Ensure Project Management Portfolio is properly used for regional projects and continuous improvement and efficiency
Experience with x-functional teams
Fluent in English
Supply Chain knowledge is a big plus

In this role you will be managing various projects that are related to new products and product development. In general you will be running 8 projects at the same time as Activity Manager. It is your responsibility to take the different cross functional teams (R&D, marketing, supply, sales) through all phases. The main focus will be on chocolate related products.Responsibilities
