Role Description

As the R&D project manager you will come in to complement the existing department. It is your challenge to bring a solution to some of the upscaling troubles that some of the projects have. Your chemistry background helps you figure out a solution. More specifically you have a background in (photo-)polymer chemistry.

The role reports to the Operations director and is for unlimited duration.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for specific projects that are based on some of the issues that state-of-the-art R&D can bring up. From your chemistry background you set up a time line, with according budgets to tackle the problems. You will have help from the existing group of R&D engineers. Your solutions can be found in the product itself, the machine that is using it or in any other way imaginable. A role where you truly get to innovate while solving the puzzle.

Requirements

- A background in Chemistry is needed, be it polymer, photopolymer or similar
- A Bachelor/HBO degree; MSc need demonstrated pragmatic experience in project management
- 3-5 years of experience in the field of Medical devices
- Fluent in Dutch, English and preferably German too
- Friendly possibility that communicates well with all involved departments
