Role Description

As the R&D manager you will be responsible for all product development for all segments within the company. Your focus lies with innovation and further develop existing products. You will need a team player mentality to create broad support for ideas. You report directly to the General manager.

Responsibilities

You lead all of R&D, including the engineering team in Maastricht and the engineering team in the UK that has 10 direct reports. You manage both your team and the projects that they work on.

Requirements

- Background in biomedical engineering
- 6+ years of experience in the field of R&D
- Track record within medical devices product development
- Team lead that is able to create support for ideas and understand team processes
