As the R&D manager you will be responsible for all product development for all segments within the company. Your focus lies with innovation and further develop existing products. You will need a team player mentality to create broad support for ideas. You report directly to the General manager.Responsibilities
You lead all of R&D, including the engineering team in Maastricht and the engineering team in the UK that has 10 direct reports. You manage both your team and the projects that they work on.Requirements
- Background in biomedical engineering- 6+ years of experience in the field of R&D
- Track record within medical devices product development
- Team lead that is able to create support for ideas and understand team processes
