ROLE DESCRIPTION

within this role you have a big responsibility within the Research department. You will aso be responsible for leading and mentoring the direct reports within the R&D Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage research and development activities
- Meet organizational objectives and capitalize on potential new products
- Lead the development of new milk fat products
- Collaborate with Sales/ Marketing/ QA/ QC
- Managing projects

REQUIREMENTS

- MSc. in Food Science
- Passion for food, dairy & nutrition
- Expertise in Dairy Science, QA and Formulation would be beneficial
- +3 years of R&D Manager experience
- Experienced in design of experiments
- Project Management Skills
