Our client, a leader in business consultancy is seeking a Questionnaire Analyst to join their team. This position will be responsible for delivering and analyzing data and administration tasks.
Your new role
As a Questionnaire Analyst you will be working on data and surveys. Your job will include analyzing and gathering information; organizing, conducting and summarising surveys. Questionnaire Analyst provides technical support to responders and takes care of relevant reports and documents. You will be a part of the team and you are supposed to work closely with your coworkers.
What you'll need to succeed
An ideal candidate will have a relevant University degree (preferably in social, biological or mathematical sciences or management) as well as 1-2 years’ working experience in customer service and processing data. You must be familiar with statistics, have a good command of English and analytical thinking skills.
