Quality & Technical Manager (EMEA Region)

for the position Quality & Technical Manager (EMEA Region)
Scope of duties:
- Provide leadership of Quality & Technical Teams to drive quality and technical performance of products
- In conjunction with Operation Managers, lead and drive continuous improvements in consistency of manufacture and quality of products, harmonization and simplification of the control plans through EMEA sites
- In charge of quality at our tool manufacturers and in case of acquisition to drive the system integration and alignment of the quality system
- Actively facilitate the customer complaints process across EMEA and ensure they are addressed promptly and robust corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence
- Provide advice on technical intervention at RFQ stage to ensure manufacturing capability is confirmed and any design changes are incorporated before acceptance of order
- Monitor the technical and quality performance of suppliers
- Develop, measure and monitor all quality systems and processes
- Ensure the compliance of ISO systems
Requirements:
- Master technical degree is preferred, specialization in Ceramics, Materials Sciences or related discipline
- Quality & Environmental ISO Systems knowledge
- Knowledge of Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent
- Quality Auditing experience
- Good analytical skills
- Coaching and Training skills
- At least 5 years in leadership role
- Experience in steel sector
- Excellent communication in English and Polish
