Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company is one of the biggest organisations on the market of healthy food. The got a 100 000 employees worldwide and their goal is to supply healthy food to as much people as possible, all over the world. They are looking for a Quality Officer (Temporarily)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this job you are the vital link between safety and the consumer, by making sure that products, produced by 3rd parties for whom the organisation is responsible, are meeting safety and quality standards. At the same time you make sure the qualified products are released on time and follow up questions and complaints by clients. By manufacturing quality documents like product certificates and work instructions you are responsible for creating a ‘QA-mindset’ inside the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the recovery of quality deviations from products produced by 3rd parties. Furthermore you will be focussing on:
- The recovery of quality deviations from products produced by 3rd parties.
- The timely release of qualified products produced by 3rd parties.
- A clear follow up of complaints about products.
- Communicating the quality status with Supply Chain planners.
REQUIREMENTS
- A Bsc in Food technology, or a comparable degree with relevant courses.
- A fast, smart and autonomous style of working.
- Capability to pick up rapidly the art of handling computer systems.
- Good social and communicative skills, both in Dutch and English.
