Have regular contact with customer QA departments to improve the Quality performance
Build a strong QA/QC team on site with a Continuous Improvement mindset, working closely together with other departments.
Defining the local quality plan to meet customer expectations, implement and manage the execution of this plan.
Planning, executing, and following up on internal and external quality audits, to ensure that activities are carried out according to approved policies and procedures.
Ensuring the appropriate systems (e.g. Quality Management System) are in place and maintained in line with all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
Staying abreast of both internal and external developments about quality related laws, regulations and requirements and all other quality related matters.
Ensuring that production location meets customer demands by improving QA/QC processes on site.
At least 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance or related field, including statistical quality process (e.g. SPC, Six Sigma, DoE, Gage R&R).
Experience with analytical departments preferably QC and aligning labs on QC and QA processes.
Worked in a Quality team complying to IATF 16949 or ISO13485.
Affinity with or interest in a production environment.
A Master degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
