Job Description

For our client – company from automotive industry we are looking for the position:

Requirements

Responsibilities:  

  • assist in the leadership, education, and supervision to ensure compliance of the corporate quality systems
  • act as the reference and trainer on various quality management tools including FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, process audits, control plans, process flow charts, Statistical Process Control
  • support the maintenance of CGR document control system including change notices, technical drawings updates, visual aids, operator and auditor instructions
  • maintain the quality department and plant key performance indicators on quality and act as the relay of the group quality director on the polish site for new policies or procedures implementation
  • provide direction for timely corrective actions to internal non-conformance and maintain corrective action documentation using 8D standards
  • actively participate and provide quality support on new projects launches during the APQP process
  • supervise suppliers quality through suppliers audits, managing suppliers issues resolution through 8D and monitor suppliers quality performance

 

Requirements:

 

  • engineering degree preferably in mechanical engineering
  • 3 or more years of engineering experience in a metal transformation or automotive
  • leadership experience in production
  • fluent english
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced professional environment
  • knowledge of ISO/TS 16949
  • knowledge of MS Office
