WILD Flavors and Specialty Ingredients Juice Services B.V. is located in the port of Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Its deep-sea access point allows for bulk vessels unloading and its multipurpose bulk tank-farm enables a highly efficient infrastructure for juice concentrate handling. With over 40 years of experience of working with fruit juice concentrates, the Amsterdam site is setup to efficiently deliver from fruit juice concentrate blends to flavor systems to its customers in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Far East in any packaging form to the food and beverage industry.
Role description
The Quality Management Coordinator will be responsible for the maintenance of the entire Quality Management System along with key support to WNA. Individual will oversee monthly statistical management and data completion of determined measurements.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Quality Manager, the main duties of this role will include:
- Direct support and maintenance of the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) and the Food Safety Management System (FSMS)
- Implement and report key performance indicators (KPI’s) on Quality and Food Safety and use them to promote continuous improvement to all key stakeholders
- Provide ISO support through maintenance of ISO process and work instructions on the intranet
- Provide guidance throughout the organization on ISO standards and best practices
- Provide Food Safety support and guidance to the organization
Requirements
The ideal candidate is possess the following qualifications and experience:
- BA or BS in Administration, Communication or related technical area
- Preferred 3-5 years experience in the Food and Beverage Industry
- High degree of proficiency with PC based Microsoft software packages, such as: Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and Outlook
