- You act as contact person to external and international clients
- Within organization you make sure the business becomes aware of the importance of quality
- You also provide leadership and coordinate an international team of experts (quality team, RPs, validation engineers, external supplier auditors) regarding quality
- Responsible as coach and people manager
- Manage and improve the quality system in order to create structure within the departments
- You get to know yourself as a relationship builder and people manager
- Customer orientation is highly valued by you, which allows you to build a relationship of trust with internal and external customers of international caliber
- Project management skills
- Good knowledge of relevant quality standards (eg GDP, GMP, ISO9001, ...)
- You have a thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, both oral and written

As Quality Manager you are responsible for ensuring the QMS. This includes the development and optimization of an integrated quality management system in terms of environment, safety, quality and food safety. In this role you are leading teams - and will be responsible - for following segments: chemistry, pharma -health care, high value technical care and food & feed. You will report directly to the COO.Responsibilities
- Act as project manager of new international quality projects- You act as contact person to external and international clients
- Within organization you make sure the business becomes aware of the importance of quality
- You also provide leadership and coordinate an international team of experts (quality team, RPs, validation engineers, external supplier auditors) regarding quality
- Responsible as coach and people manager

Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience- You get to know yourself as a relationship builder and people manager
- Customer orientation is highly valued by you, which allows you to build a relationship of trust with internal and external customers of international caliber
- Project management skills

- You have a thorough knowledge of Dutch and English, both oral and written
