THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company is one of the oldest breweries of the Netherlands and produces and exports beer and non-alcoholic beverages world wide. With it’s high quality products this company is a respected trading partner and operates extensively in over a 100 countries. To realise a new strategy they are looking for a Quality Health and Safety Environment manager (Temporary position).
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be a coaching manager who is capable of materialising his broad knowledge of safety, health, quality and environment standards into practical solutions. At the same time you will be organising internal and external audits, while initialising improvement projects to optimize the QHSE policy. The duration of the project is 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for the development of a professional and service-oriented QA-department. Furthermore, you will be focusing on:
- For the implementation of the QHSE-policy for the production location in Lieshout.
- For the integrating the QA-department in the international organization.
- For establishing Quality improvement projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bsc in Life Technology or related industry with a broad experience in Quality Assurance Management positions.
- Knowledge of improvement projects, like Lean, TPM or WCM
- Knowledge of QHSE-systems and standards, like HACCP, IFS, GMP +, ISO 22000, ISO 26000
- Experience with implementing a safety management system.
