ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be end-responsible for all quality aspects and manage a small specialised team reporting directly to top management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for defining and executing strategy according to European and National guidelines
- Ensuring companies compliance and high quality levels
- Developing and maintaining an effective QMS
- Enhance Quality awareness in the Organisation
- End responsible for complaint handling and CAPA management
- Responsible for Internal & External auditing
- Ensure appropriate certificates are acquired / maintained
- Due diligence from QA standpoint on new business
- Leading a QA team with direct and indirect reports
REQUIREMENTS
- M.Sc. or other University degree
- Ideally Life Science / Quality degree with business acumen
- Operational Excellence skills can be advantageous
- Fluency in Dutch and English, other languages (French & German) advantageous
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Responsible Person / Qualified Person / QPPV qualifications advantageous
