- Be the one to decide if and when production has to be halted or resumed and what to do with the blocked products.
- Be a part off the senior plant management team.
- Handel both internal and external complaints.
- Provide governmental bodies and other external stakeholders with answers and documentation to ensure compliance.
- At least 8 years of relevant QESH experience
- Excellent knowledge of relevant ISO certifications and GMP standards.
- Experience with Lean 6 Sigma and problem solving methods
- You are a problem solver that can keep the balance between proactive improvement and direct action if needed.

This well know mutli-national has a large presence within Belgium. Due to continuous grow and continuous improvement they are looking for a seasoned QESH-Manager for their production site in the Gent Area.Role Description
As the most senior QESH professional on site you'll manage the department and via a dotted line you'll manage the entire laboratory staff.Responsibilities
- Set out policy's regarding Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental issues.- Be the one to decide if and when production has to be halted or resumed and what to do with the blocked products.
- Be a part off the senior plant management team.
- Handel both internal and external complaints.
- Provide governmental bodies and other external stakeholders with answers and documentation to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Biochemistry or equivalent field of study.- At least 8 years of relevant QESH experience
- Excellent knowledge of relevant ISO certifications and GMP standards.
- Experience with Lean 6 Sigma and problem solving methods
- You are a problem solver that can keep the balance between proactive improvement and direct action if needed.
