Job Description
We are member of French ALTEN Group present in 25 countries around the world and employing over 34,000 engineers and IT specialists. Since 1988 we deliver advanced IT systems for well-known brands, develop medicine and the renewable energy industry. ALTEN innovates aero and cosmonautics, trains, electric and autonomous vehicles, and even space rockets. We are currently looking for a Quality Engineer who will join our team.
Main tasks
- Quality headlamp – Project coordination from the quotation phase to handover to series production
- Complete quality planning to ensure the high quality level according to internal requirements and customer requirements
- Ensure the smooth transfer of projects from the project phase to series production with regard to all quality-relevant topics
- Contact with the company’s clients regarding the determination and validation of quality documentation
- Participation in the development of projects
- Determining and implementing quality plans
- Data preparation (samples, standards, instructions, measurements, tests, analyzes) for all stages of project development
- Preparing data (samples, measurements, tests, analyzes) for clients
- Active participation in projects and meetings related to quality
- Preparing data and creating reports
- Preparation and validation of control and measurement means
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in the field of quality in the automotive industry,
- Completed degree Dipl.-Ing. or Bachelor / Master or technician
- Specializations QM, Wirt.-Ing., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or comparable
- SAP system; Office applications; basic electronic and technical understanding; Methodological competence regarding the use of drawings, measuring and test equipment
- Manufacturing processes KS injection molding, assembly technology, physical and chemical surface coatings
- General and specific customer quality requirements (for example, ISO / TS 16949, ISO 9001, QS9000, ISO 14001, VDA 6, ANIFA, QS9000, QMSA, SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, …)
- Supervision and knowledge in the field of design
- Experience in the field of measuring implementations
- Experience in launching new projects,
- Fluency in English will be an advantage
- Teamwork skills, coping with stress and customer orientation,
