ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance according to industry standards such as GMP. You will lead three teams including QA and QC.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the QA & QC Teams
- Ensure GMP Compliance
- Set the strategy for the Quality Department and put it to practice
- CAPA Management
- Manage audits & inspection readiness
- Other Quality tasks
REQUIREMENTS
- Leadership skills (leadership experience advantageous)
- Experience in a regulated environment (ideally GMP)
- Excellent English and Dutch language skills (other languages advantageous)
