We are looking for a newly created position in the manufacturing plant in Silesia. The role requires a very hands-on approach. Company is growing fast and has recently acquired new projects with famous OEM manufacturers.
Client Details
The client is a very well respected automotive manufacturer of aluminium and steel equipment supplying general manufacturing and the Automotive industry the world over.
Description
Management of the quality team;
Customer and certification audits (internal and external);
Manufacturing issue management and analysis;
Technical review of product and process changes and releases;
Management and improvement of quality systems;
Develop and implement quality improvement programmes;
Management of internal and external complaints;
Profile
5 year's experience in an automotive environment;
3-5 year's experience in Quality;
Extensive knowledge of CNC machining is a must;
Must be a results-oriented team player, effective at problem solving and project planning/organising, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high energy level and good attention to detail;
Very good English, Italian will be a big plus;
