Role Description

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verrichten van laboratorium werkzaamheden en het begeleiden van de junior teamleden.

Responsibilities

- Uitvoering van gematigde complexe en gevarieerde taken
- Leiding geven aan junior teamleden
- Voltooiing van een aantal atypische opdrachten
- Werken binnen gedefinieerde processen en procedures of methodologieën
- Fungeert als een informeel hulpmiddel voor collega's met minder ervaring

Requirements

- Ervaring heeft in een scala aan processen of procedures door middel van jobgerelateerde training en aanzienlijke praktijkervaring
- In staat is om te helpen bij het bepalen van de juiste aanpak voor nieuwe opdrachten
- Werkt met een beperkte mate van supervisie
