THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Friesland Netherlands.
They are a company where there is room for personal growth. Their brand is well-known in the food industry.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You carefully follow and monitor the production process through various analyses. As QC officer you will be responsible for ensuring quality and consistency with the end products, and to ensure that possible errors in the production process are quickly spotted and fixed.
This will be a summer/autumn job of 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be responsible for all QC in the lab;
- Carry out chemical and microbiological analyses;
- Prepare, plan and distribute samples;
- Analyse and compare data in order to spot deviances and errors;
- Report the data to the rest of the organization.
REQUIREMENTS
A finished MBO or MLO in the field of chemisty or food science;
- Experience with sensory research;
- Knowledge of SAP;
- Experience in the food industry would be an asset;
