THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This multinational produce a wide range of products that are sold throughout the world.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
For their brand new production facility my client is looking for a hands-on QC Manager that is capable to contribute in raising the production locations quality to an even higher level. As a member of middel management you'll lead a team of 9 QC officers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the point of contact for the corporate quality division and the R&D department.
- Optimise the release procedure.
- Reduce the amount of rejections and manage the proces to reintroduce the rejected product in the production proces.
- Ensure a professional procedure to manage clients complaints.
REQUIREMENTS
- BSc in Food Technology or Quality Management or equivalent.
- Between 5 and 10 years of relevant experience in Quality within the Food industry and at least 5 years of management experience.
- Challenges team members to come up with way's to improve the proces.
- Result driven.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
